Who Is Eligible?
Older adults, 60 and older, living in Archuleta, Dolores, La Plata, Montezuma and San Juan counties are eligible for services. Eligible caregivers may be younger than 60 as long as the person they provide care for is 60 or older.
Some programs have a waitlist and therefore, those with lower incomes and greater social need may be prioritized.
What does it Cost
San Juan Basin Area Agency on Aging services are funded through the Older American's Act (OAA) and State Services for Seniors and are offered to eligible individuals.
