Voucher paying up to $400 for up to 20 hours of care.
Chose your own provider.
Covers home cleaning within your own home.
Eligibility Required. One Homemaker voucher allowed in a fiscal year.
Personal Care Services
Voucher paying up to $400 for up to 20 hours of care.Chose your own provider.
Covers personal showering/bathing/other personal care needs within your own home.
Eligibility Required. One Personal Care voucher allowed in a fiscal year.
Respite Services
Voucher paying up to $400 for up to 20 hours of care.Chose your own provider.
Covers homemaker and personal care functions the eligible caregiver is providing.
Eligibility Required. One Respite voucher allowed in a fiscal year.
Vision Services
Voucher covering up to $300 of your glasses or contact prescription.
Eligibility Required.
Limit one Vision voucher every other fiscal year.
Dental Services
Voucher covering up to $300 of your dental appointment or procedure.
Eligibility Required.
Limit one Dental voucher every other fiscal year.
Voucher Providers
A Voucher Provider is an individual chosen and hired directly by a voucher recipient to provide authorized services.
To ensure a seamless payment process, the AAA pays these providers on behalf of the recipient up to the total approved amount of the voucher.
All providers must be registered in our system and complete the necessary onboarding paperwork.
